Risk management training
We provide you tools for safety management, go through good practices, and promote a positive safety culture in organizations. The training is always tailored to the client’s needs.
The training can be carried out either on-site or online. One day of training lasts 6 hours, including breaks. The maximum number of participants is 12. However, you can request a quote for a larger number of participants.

In cooperation with Granite Partners, we help our clients in implementing a risk management system. Choose this service if you want to ensure systematic monitoring and reporting of your company’s risk management.

Enterprise Risk Management
The goals of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) are, among other things, to systematically examine significant business risks, increase risk awareness, and correctly target safety-enhancing measures. We at Risk Consult help you determine your company’s business risks and create a preliminary risk management plan.
The project lasts about 2–3 months.
